Before you start, place a sleeve over the card. Place each item in a protective Card Saver or toploader.  Cardsavers are most likely the best solution.

Once all the cards are ready place all your items in between two slightly larger pieces cardboard. Hold the package together with rubber bands, washi tape or elastic bands. Ensure that the bands are not too tight. They should be just tight enough to hold the cardboard pieces together and prevent the items from falling out. After the cardboard is done you can wrap it with bubble plastic. You can now put your package in a strong unused box, place the cards in the middle of the box and cover all sides with filling material such as paper, bubble plastic or cardboard.
